St. George's Day and Shakespeare's Birthday!
There will always be an England, so let's celebrate English culture, music and dance, paired with the tasting of English red and white wine and blue cheeses for a perfect combination, all in the setting of the Royal Agricultural University's dining hall.
Truly English - With so many celebrated composers and poets locally and farther afield, like Shakespeare, Vaughan Williams, Holst there’s plenty of scope for a varied and interesting programme. Immerse all your senses in everything English.
Local Performers - Morris dancing? Not just any old dance group - we've got the only female Morris dance group in the world!
Making a Contribution – Everybody who buys a ticket will be directly helping local Gloucestershire charity The Wiggly Worm to feed a good, nutritious meal made to someone living in food poverty in Gloucestershire, which will make a huge difference to their day.
